Request a School Tour
The Museum’s school tour program is accessible to all students K-12.
Tour curriculum is developed to build engagement, historical knowledge, and spark an appreciation towards artistic self-expression through the life and work of Georgia O’Keeffe. In addition to the tour, The Georgia O’Keeffe Museum’s Education Department can provide your group with an in-gallery art activity or a post-tour in-class art activity, which is completed back in the classroom.

How it Works
Tours are approximately 30 to 45 minutes. There must be one chaperone per five students for grades K – 8 or one chaperone per ten students for grades 9 – 12. Guided school tours can be reserved on Mondays and Fridays, from 9 AM to 10 AM. Tours are given during closed public hours, meaning your school group will be experiencing a one-of-a-kind private tour with no other guests around. Three weeks advanced reservation is required. Request a Museum tour for your students using the form below. Once your request is submitted, we will review your submission and contact you within 3–5 business days.
Self-guided tours are available for small groups of students in grades 7 – 12.
Guided school tours can be reserved on Mondays and Fridays, from 9 AM to 10 AM, and Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 9 AM to 4 PM.
