The Museum’s school tour program is accessible to all students K-12.

Tour curriculum is developed to build engagement, historical knowledge, and spark an appreciation towards artistic self-expression through the life and work of Georgia O’Keeffe.

How it Works

From October 31st, 2023 to January 2024, school tours can be reserved only on Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 9 AM to 10 AM. School tours cannot be reserved on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. If your group is smaller than ten students, you may request a tour during open Museum hours. Self-guided tours are available for small groups of students (10 or less) in grades 7 – 12 upon request. Admission and tour fees are waived for all educational groups K-12. Three weeks advanced reservation is required.

Educational gallery tours are approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour for 5th grade – 12th grade, and 30 to 45 minutes for Kindergarten – 4th grade. There must be one chaperone per 10 students for grades K – 12.  Post-tour art activities are available upon request, and typically last 30 to 45 minutes. You can request a Museum tour for your students using the form below. Once your request is submitted, we will review your submission and contact you within three to five business days.

Transportation is not currently available.
