Join us for extended hours at the Museum on First Friday and our Mobile Artist in Residence's exhibition 'Place/Holding.'

Join us for extended hours at the Museum on the First Friday of every month. Admission is free all day for New Mexico residents and free for everyone from 5 PM–7 PM. 

Enjoy a showing of Place/Holding, an exhibition by Brian Fleetwood (Muscogee Creek), the Museum’s first Mobile Artist in Residence. Place/Holding presents Fleetwood’s jewelry created by single-use plastics collected from different communities in the Musuem’s Art to G.O. truck. Stop by for a look at the exhibition inside the Axle Contemporary truck, enjoy music by Adrian Wall (Pueblo of Jemez), and refreshments!

Place/Holding will open on April 19th in the Santa Fe Railyard Plaza. Place/Holding is presented by Art to G.O. and Axle Contemporary.
