We invite you to join us for an introductory workshop to the medium of watercolor.

Through a variety of exercises and demonstrations, instructor Devon Burke will lead you in learning techniques to help you create your own watercolor artworks. We will also explore works that Georgia O’Keeffe created using watercolor and discuss techniques she utilized. All experience levels are welcome to participate!

Instructor Devon Burke recently returned to Santa Fe after years away in Worcester, Massachusetts. She earned an MFA from Boston University in Art Education with a concentration in Art Therapy practice in the art classroom, and a BFA in Art Education from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Devon taught art for eight years in Massachusetts public schools, and has taught beginning courses in painting to adults.
