Join artist Devon Burke for an introduction to visual journaling, an expressive visual art process that involves the exploration and application of mixed media to the pages of a notebook or sketchbook. This course will show the introductory process of gathering materials, making pages, and simple exercises for the beginning steps in creating an artistic journal. This is a mixed media course and participants should be prepared to use a variety of watercolor and acrylic paints as well as collaged and collected items.
