From her childhood in Wisconsin, through her art school years, into the 1920s when she became famous for her paintings of flowers, through her years visiting and living in New Mexico, her depictions of bones and landscapes, and into the 1970s.

Interviews with O’Keeffe scholars, former employees, and friends provide insight into the details of O’Keeffe’s life and work.

Directed by Paul Wagner, this feature documentary film stars Claire Danes as the Voice of Georgia O’Keeffe with narration by Hugh Dancy.
