Extended Home & Studio Tour

Experience all the spaces on the standard tour and gain special access to Georgia O’Keeffe’s bedroom, her closet, and the salita (the room behind the famous black patio door where she prepared her canvases) on this 1 hour and 45 minutes extended tour. Ages 10+.

Pita’s Tour

Enjoy a special tour of Georgia O’Keeffe’s Home & Studio with O’Keeffe’s former companion and secretary, Agapita “Pita” Lopez. Three generations of Pita’s family have worked for O’Keeffe and cared for her Abiquiú home. Learn about the history of the property and hear firsthand memories on this 60 minute tour. Includes a signed copy of Georgia O’Keeffe and Her Houses: Ghost Ranch and Abiquiú.

All Home & Studio tours begin at the Welcome Center in Abiquiú, NM. These standard tours include 75 minutes with an expert guide exploring the historic home and garden of Georgia O’Keeffe.
