The following reduced-rate tickets can be booked through our website:

  • Always free!

  • $11. Select the ‘Ages 6-18’ option when booking a ticket online.

  • College students receive a discounted admission of $11.

    Select the ‘College Student’ option when booking a ticket online. Please be prepared to provide student ID upon arrival.

  • Members enjoy free, unlimited admission. Select the ‘Member’ option when booking a ticket online. To become a member, join today!

  • Admission is free for New Mexico residents all day on the First Friday of every month. Proof of NM residency required at admission.

    Admission is free for all visitors on the First Friday of every month from 5 PM – 7 PM.

    Family Day occurs on the second Sunday of every month. This event aims to bring the community together through hands-on artmaking and storytelling.

    Family Day is a free event for all who attend. Participating families will receive a pass for free admission to the Museum. Check in to receive your day pass, campus map, and schedule of activities for the day.

The following reduced-rate tickets must be reserved in advance by reaching out to our Visitor Services team at 505-946-1000:

  • New Mexico Educators teaching Kindergarten through 12th grade receive a discounted admission of $11.

    Please contact our Visitor Services team at 505-946-1000 in advance to reserve your ticket and be prepared to provide staff identification, employee badge, or other ID upon arrival.

  • Reciprocal-level members at participating institutions receive free admission for up to two people! Please contact our Visitor Services team at 505-946-1000 in advance to reserve your ticket. Reciprocal ID required upon arrival.

  • Veterans receive a discounted admission of $11. Please contact our Visitor Services team at 505-946-1000 in advance to reserve your ticket.

  • Through the Blue Star Museums program, active-duty military personnel and their families receive free admission beginning on Armed Forces Day, May 28, 2024, through Labor Day, September 2, 2024. Please contact our Visitor Services team at 505-946-1000 in advance to reserve your ticket

  • Bank of America, Merrill or Bank of America Private Bank (U.S. Trust) credit or debit cardholders receive free admission on the first Saturday and Sunday of every month through the Museums on Us® program.

    Cardholders are encouraged to secure their complimentary admission in advance by contacting our Visitor Services team at 505-946-1000. Upon arrival, please present your emailed confirmation, active credit or debit card, and photo ID.

  • Check out the STEP pass from participating Santa Fe libraries for free admission for up to six people at the Museum. Learn more about STEP.
