Art + Feminism Wikipedia Edit-a-Thon

The Georgia O’Keeffe Museum in partnership with Art + Feminism is hosting a Wikipedia Edit-a-Thon on Thursday, July 20th. Join us in helping to close the gender gap and increase the presence of underrepresented members of the arts sector on Wikipedia, the world’s largest source of freely accessible information. Learn Wikipedia editing basics, and create and verify article content. No experience is required!

Refreshments, one-on-one assistance, and reference materials will be provided. Please bring laptops and chargers. A limited number of laptops are available for checkout. Please make a note in the registration form if additional accommodations are needed.

This is a free and public event! Please register so that we can best prepare for the event.

People of all gender identities and backgrounds are welcome. Art activities will be provided for children over the age of 5 with registered adults. Please let us know when you register so that we can plan accordingly!
