Family Day: Harmony & Hues

  • Sunday, November 10
  • 10:30 AM - 2:30 PM MT
  • 217 JOHNSON STREET, SANTA FE, NM

Bring the whole family to explore the connections between shapes, abstraction, music, and self-expression!

In 1915, Georgia O’Keeffe began experimenting with circular forms, establishing the shape as a recurring theme in her paintings. Throughout the 1910s and 1940s, O’Keeffe’s use of circular shapes became a way for her to visually express how she was feeling. She would often connect shapes and colors to emotion, memory, and even music. In honor of the exhibition, A Circle That Nothing Can Break, join us to explore the connections between shapes, abstraction, music, and self-expression!

Planning to stop by for Family Day? RSVP ahead of time! While registration is not mandatory to attend, registering ahead of time helps us prepare. Thank you for helping us out!
