Description
Georgia O’Keeffe collected sun-bleached bones in the New Mexico desert and painted them as symbols of the land she loved. Made in collaboration with CLED and the Georgia O’Keeffe Museum, this olive glass steer skull is crafted from recycled bottle glass. It’s a small tribute to one of her best-known subjects.
Founded by designer Seulye Jo, the Los Angeles–based brand CLED turns discarded glass bottles into jewelry. Each glass gem is cut, melted, and polished by hand in its Los Angeles studio. In CLED’s work, bottles that might have been thrown away get a second life as something beautiful and lasting.
