Special Events, Meetings, Wedding Receptions
The Georgia O’Keeffe Museum offers several wonderful and elegant spaces
in which to schedule special events and meetings. Conveniently located in downtown Santa Fe, only a few blocks from the historic Plaza, the Museum is a unique setting for any special event. We can accommodate parties of as few as 20 people and as large as 150. Whether you host an intimate reception in the Museum galleries, or a grand event with music and dancing in the Research Center Gardens, the O’Keeffe will provide beautiful ambiance, excellent event assistance, and a lifetime of memories. The Museum Courtyard
The Museum Courtyard is available for seated dining or a cocktail reception. It is located just off the Museum Lobby with easy access to the galleries. The capacity for a seated dinner is 70 persons. The capacity for a cocktail reception is 150 persons. Your fee includes the opportunity to visit the galleries at your leisure the first two hours of your event. Docents are stationed throughout the galleries to answer questions, give tours in groups of fifteen or give group orientations for 50 persons each. The Museum Lobby The Museum Lobby is appropriate for a small after-hours cocktail reception before or after a visit to the Museum galleries. The capacity for the lobby is 50-100 people. Your fee includes the opportunity to visit the galleries or the Visitor Relations Manager can arrange for a docent to lead your guests through the galleries in groups of fifteen or give group orientations for 50 persons. Private Viewing of the Galleries An after-hours tour of the galleries is available for individuals and groups. The capacity is 200 people. Docents are stationed throughout the galleries to answer questions, give tours in groups of fifteen or give group orientations for 50 persons each. |
