Artists from Stieglitz to Warhol have been enthralled by the image of Georgia O’Keeffe as woman, painter, and celebrity. This is the first exhibition to explore the relationship between her art, photographs of her, and the public image of her career.

Marie Chabot and Georgia O'Keeffe became lifelong friends when they met in New Mexico in 1940. On display are some of Marie Chabot's photographs of O'Keeffe.

The Georgia O’Keeffe Museum is pleased to present Georgia O’Keeffe and Ansel Adams: Natural Affinities, an exhibition that brings together, for the first time, approximately 97 works by two of America’s best-known artists.

Co-organized by the Geogia O'Keeffe Museum, Santa Fe, New Mexico and by the High Museum of Art, Altanta, Georgia.

Organized by the Norton Museum of Art, this exhibition includes approximately 60 works from various institutional and private collections.
