Our admission rates for 2012 are:
Payment The Museum accepts cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Public Parking The Georgia O'Keeffe Museum does not have any on-site public parking. There are City of Santa Fe public paid parking garages nearby at the Santa Fe Convention Center (enter from S. Federal Place), or at the corner of Sandoval and E. San Francisco Streets. Handicap Accessibility
The Museum and the O'Keeffe Café are wheelchair-accessible. Wheelchairs (a limited number) are available on a first-come, first-served basis for use within the Museum. Limited disability parking is available. Please contact Museum security for further information at 505.946.1038. Commitment The safety of the Georgia O'Keeffe Museum's visitors, volunteers, staff and collections is of the highest importance. As the most visited art museum in the state of New Mexico and the first museum in the United States that is dedicated to a single woman artist, we work hard every day to ensure the preservation of these treasures for the enjoyment of generations to come. We ask that when you visit the Museum, you help us to make sure our visitors and our collection remain safe. Purses and Bags Bring only a small purse or bag. Bags and purses may be subject to a speedy hand-check upon entering. Do not bring large daypacks, backpacks, luggage or shopping bags into the Museum, as they will not be allowed in the gallery areas. Leave such items at home, on the tour or school bus, or in a hotel room. Cell Phones and Electronic Devices In consideration of your fellow visitors to the Museum, we ask that you please turn off your cell phones or PDA's while visiting the galleries. Take advantage of this respite from these interruptions to thoroughly enjoy the unique and beautiful artwork. Food and Beverages Food or beverages are not permitted in the Museum. Please visit the O'Keeffe Café next door to the Museum for dining before or after your visit. Prohibited items Do not bring any sharp items into the Museum such as knives (including pocket or "Swiss Army"-style knives), screwdrivers, scissors, nail files, corkscrews, etc. Other items not permitted include firearms, pepper spray, and Mace. Photography Cameras, video and photography of any kind are not permitted in the galleries. Smoking Smoking is prohibited in all Museum facilities. Pets Pets (except service animals) are not permitted in the Museum. Coatroom and Lockers A non-staffed coatroom and limited numbers of lockers are available for your convenience. Strollers Strollers are permitted in the museum. |
